We use the services of Protx to screen all orders prior to acceptance. Smart validation technology is used to help verify that the genuine cardholder is the person placing the order. This technology provides you with the comfort of knowing that if in the unlikely event that your card details were ever fraudulently obtained, Protx would immediately identify a different user profile or personal details based on your online order history and prevent the order form being accepted.

TrustUK is the body set up to approve online codes of practice. The Consumers Association and the Alliance for Electronic Business have worked together with support from the DTI in order to bring it about. The purpose of TrustUK is to set a standard for the conduct of e-commerce between business and consumers. The criteria for TrustUK approval covers all the concerns that a consumer might have when deciding whether to shop online.

It is a manifestation of the imrg members' collective effort towards establishing high industry standards that provides a meaningful point of reference and workable guidelines for e-commerce merchants and facilitators. To perform a search of the Fusion Retail Store, use the search box within the left navigation bar of every page. When typing a name to search for, be general. For example, if you want to find the game Wanted Guns, just type in "Wanted". This would find all of the games that contain Wanted in the title.

When you click to "Add to Shopping Cart" on a product, you will be taken to the Shopping Cart to check the details of your intended purchase.

While shopping you will see your cart in the top right-hand side of the site, this includes a running total of your purchase(s).

If you have a received a Gift Certificate or Seen/Received an eCoupon please enter the Certificate/Coupon Code in the box provided.

After you've selected all of the items you want, and entered your coupon codes (if applicable) simply click on the "Checkout" button on your Shopping Cart and you will be taken through the simple-to-follow checkout and payment process.

We accept VISA, MasterCard credit cards as well as Switch, Solo and Delta debit cards. Sorry, we cannot accept any cheques for payment.

You will need to enter the three or four digit number (known as CVV or CV2) that appears on the back of your card. Please email enquiries@fusionretail.co.uk if the number is not present on your card.

Our prices are intended to be competitive in respect to other websites selling a similar product range.

All prices shown on this website are in UK Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT which is charged at the current UK rate.

All Pre-Orders placed on a product will be supplied at the price ordered at the time, or the release price - whichever is the lowest.

The availability and anticipated delivery lead time of an item will be clearly displayed to you when at the checkout confirmation stage of a transaction.

We endeavor to maintain adequate supplies of product to meet anticipated demand but can in no way guarantee availability of any item.

Up to 2pm we endeavor to dispatch your order the same day it’s received. If you have pre-ordered a title cancellation of this pre-order can only be permitted up to 5 days before release. We endeavor to get new releases that have been pre-ordered to you on or before the scheduled release date.

All UK orders received are delivered using Royal Mail. The delivery charge made will be shown in your Shopping Cart when you place your order.

Please note that where an order contains both pre-orders and items which are currently available the price charged is inclusive of pre-orders. Any pre-order item will be shipped “immediately” upon release, delivered to you on or before its scheduled release date.
